1. Overview

Advictar Technologies provides custom software development and digital technology services. Due to the nature of custom and digital services, returns are not applicable.

This policy explains when refunds may or may not be granted.

2. No Returns on Custom Services

Because all software solutions are custom-built according to client requirements:

  • Services cannot be “returned.”
  • Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has started.
  • Completed milestones are non-refundable.

3. Deposits

A deposit may be required before project initiation.

  • Deposits secure development time and project allocation.
  • Once development work begins, deposits are non-refundable.
  • If cancellation occurs before work begins, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus administrative costs.

4. Milestone Payments

For projects structured in milestones:

  • Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.
  • If a client terminates the project mid-way, they must pay for all completed work up to the termination date.

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation in writing.

Upon cancellation:

  • Work completed up to that date will be invoiced.
  • Access to unfinished deliverables may be withheld until outstanding dues are cleared.

6. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • We fail to deliver agreed services as per the signed contract.
  • There is a duplicate payment.
  • A billing error has occurred.

Refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Advictar Technologies.

7. Third-Party Costs

Fees paid for third-party services (such as hosting, domains, plugins, APIs, or software licenses) are non-refundable.

Clients are responsible for reviewing third-party refund policies.

8. Processing of Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed through the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
